A note on farmhouse sinks
Apron-front sinks are heavy, and they need proper support built underneath before stone goes on top. That support is real carpentry, and it's priced separately — it shows up as its own line on your quote.
Tell us at template if a farmhouse sink is the plan. Retrofitting the support afterwards means lifting the stone back off.
